Brian C. Leung, MD is the founder of Central Florida Bone and Joint Institute. He offers comprehensive care for both adults and children. He is the area’s only surgeon board certified in Orthopaedic and Hand surgery. Dr. Leung’s promise is to always deliver 5 star orthopedic treatment with compassion and respect. This is what makes him a TOP physician in Central Florida. He is an expert in the most up to date techniques and procedures which means faster recoveries and superior results. Dr. Leung is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is an avid speaker and has presented at national conventions and has published several research articles.

Inna Anderson, ARNP.
Inna Anderson is a welcomed addition to the Central Florida Bone and Joint Institute family. Moving to the South Volusia area with her husband, Inna is happy to be a part of our wonderful community. Originally from Russia as a child, Inna continues to speak fluent Russian and welcomes patients speaking the language. Bringing over ten years experience as a trauma nurse in the Tampa area, there is no injury, fracture, or Orthopaedic issue that she can’t treat. Inna loves to spend time on Florida’s beaches in her time away from the office and is always traveling as well.
ELIZABETH WINGARD, PA-C.
Elizabeth Wingard is originally from South Florida and she and her family have been part of the West Volusia community for 10 years. She graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. She was also a Certified Surgical Technologist prior to completing a Master of Medical Science at Nova Southeastern University. She is certified by the NCCPA as a Physician assistant.
